Madrid, May 16, 2005 - Telvent (NASDAQ TLVT), the Global RealTime IT Company, today announced today that it has signed a global agreement with OSIsoft. The integration of OSIsoft's Real-time Performance Management Platform (RtPM) with Telvent's OASyS DNA system solution will further extend the value offering to the current and future customers of both companies.

Together, Telvent and OSIsoft will provide global enterprises with enhanced interfaces and rich functionalities that combine Telvent's industry-leading information technology platform, OASyS DNA (Dynamic Network of Applications) and OSIsoft's RtPM Platform, as well as selected best features of Telvent's legacy SCADA solutions, which include the OpenVECTOR platform. The componentized architecture of Telvent's OASyS DNA will provide the building blocks for flexible data management, while the RtPM Platform will enhance intelligent decision making at all levels in the enterprise.

Telvent and OSIsoft first developed a solution based on OSIsoft's RtPM platform to standardize plant information reporting for the bioenergy industry, now being deployed in Abengoa Bioenergy, a major worldwide producer of ethanol. Telvent's interfaces to OSISoft's leading real-time data historian, analysis and enterprise data visualization products will now be extended to integrated enterprise solutions for the oil and gas, electric utility, environmental, traffic and transportation industries.
